A message dated July 3, 2007, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 186(FSH)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to sharing with certain federal agencies records                                                          
     required of sport fishing guides; and providing for an effective
